Notice Regarding Girls/Ladies Hostel

This is to inform to all concern that there will be a Girls/Ladies Hostel from the academic session 2019-20 for 40 (forty) seats only, where a Bus service will be provided from Hostel to College and College to Hostel at the specified time frame. Out of 40 (Forty) seats, the accommodation will be provided as 20 (twenty) seats for existing students and 20 (twenty) seats for new comers. Interested existing Girl/lady students may apply on or before 30-05-2019. Selection procedure will be “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE”. Selected candidates will have to pay the necessary payment of Registration Fee (Non-refundable), Security Fee (Refundable) and at least one instalment of monthly fee  at the time of Registration. The schedule of Application submission, Selection and Registration will be as follows :

  1. Last date of application submission for existing students   : 30-05-2019
  2. Selection of candidates                                                                : 12-06-2019
  3. Registration                                                                                   : 15-06-2019

In case of vacancy of the seats reserve for existing students will be filled by the new comers and vice-versa.

Fee  structure :

  1. Registration Fee (Non-refundable)          : Rs. 5,000/- (Annually)
  2. Security Fee (Refundable)                          : Rs. 5,000/-
  3. Monthly Fee  (Compulsory) :                                                                                                                                                                (a) Food, Light and bed charge           : Rs. 7,000/- (Vegetarian/Non-Vegetarian)                                                                    (b) Bus service fee                                 : Rs. 1,000/- (Annually)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Monthly fee payments will be made by the hostelers on or before 10th of every month at College Cash Counter by virtue of Bank transfer/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque only. Sessions will begins from 1st July to next 30th June of every year. Security Fee will be refunded at the time of completion of her/their course.In case of termination of study or leaving of hostel without completion of course of her/their study, the security money will be ceased.  Regular absence for a maximum of 20 (twenty) days without information and prior permission from the college authority will be expelled from the Hostel and the security money will be ceased and the vacant seat(s) will tender for the another Girl/lady students.
